Freeze Dry Fail Milk Chocolate Eclairs & Werther's - our B-Grade range. Perfectly imperfect: misshapen, blown up too big or too big but still deliciously interesting and weird. A great opportunity to try unique freeze dried sweets at a fraction of the cost.

Freeze Dried Eclairs are one of our most delicate products and often crack, crumble or break when removing them from machines or during drying. These guys have sadly not made the cut of our quality control but it would be a shame to waste them as they're still just as delicious.

Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, sugar, condensed skimmed milk (18.2%), palm fat, humectant: sorbitol syrup, cream (milk)(3.9%), condensed whey (milk), butter (milk)(2.5%), whey powder (milk), salt, partially inverted refiners syrup, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring.

Ingredients:

Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk (from whole milk), Milk Chocolate 16% (Cocoa Solids, Milk Solids, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Milk fat, Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring), Vegetable Oil (palm), Butter (Milk), Salt, Molasses, Emulsifier (E471), Flavourings.

Milk chocolate contains Cocoa solids of 31% minimum and Milk solids of 17% minimum.

May contain traces of Cereals containing gluten > 20ppm, Nuts, Wheat
