Shipment Processing Time All orders are normally processed within 1-4 business days (currently 3-4 days due to capacity). Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Our standard delivery method is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. With this service, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes SpaceSweets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (info@spacesweets.co.uk) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the UK. Jurisdictions included: England, Scotland, Wales, British Forces and Northern Ireland.
