By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscription Overview

By signing up for a SpaceSweets subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries of your chosen products at the frequency selected during checkout. Subscriptions are billed automatically and continue until canceled by the subscriber.

2. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed automatically to the payment method provided during sign-up.

• The billing amount includes the cost of the products and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• Payments will be charged on the same day of the month as your original subscription purchase date, unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team at info@spacesweets.co.uk.

• To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Products will be shipped according to the delivery schedule specified at the time of subscription.

• SpaceSweets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Subscription Discounts

• Subscription discounts are only applicable while the subscription is active.

• If you cancel your subscription, any associated discounts or promotional offers will no longer apply.

7. Price Changes

• SpaceSweets reserves the right to adjust subscription prices at any time.

• Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance, and the new pricing will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

8. Promotions & Offers

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with subscription discounts unless otherwise stated.

• SpaceSweets reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

9. Termination by SpaceSweets

• SpaceSweets reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
