Freeze Dried Peach Rings

My children were desperate to try some freeze dried sweets and after they directing me to an American website, I opted to do a good old Google search & found SpaceSweets who are UK based. Very happy that I did. In all honesty I thought I was just paying for sugar in a more expensive format, with sweets that would be hard to bite into and eventually end up in the bin, but my kids are mostly good and had worked hard all half term at school, so I decided I’d treat them with a surprise of the large Halloween box. Well firstly I’ll admit I was wrong, these are not just sugar but a delectable taste sensation and a texture that gives a nice bite but then crumbles beautifully. Secondly, the flavours are incredible and really intense, so I found we ate less in a sitting (as a diabetic who likes an occasional treat this was a big plus as it was easier not to over consume on sugar) and we all enjoyed the sweets immensely. It’s hard to put exactly into words just how good these were and I can say they all went into tummies-not bins!! They lasted much longer than bags of usual chewy sweets too. We will be putting freeze dried sweets on our Christmas lists and letting Father Christmas know exactly where he can pick them up-SpaceSweets! Highly recommend you give them a try!

Really nice, crunchy and sweet. They had less flavor than what I was expecting but it was my first time having freeze dried candy other than that it was good. My siblings loved them as well
